Dr O'Carrigan gave a presentation on his experience with calcaneal distraction osteotomies using external fixation at the World Online Foot and Ankle Congress organised by Dr Mark Meyerson who is a world renowned Foot and Ankle Surgeon based in the United States. It is the first time an event like this has been presented online and it proved to be a very successful event.
